ALL GUESTS MUST BOOK THROUGH TRAVEL BY LD TO ATTEND ANY PRIVATE EVENTS HOSTED BY THE WALTER D ZYDESOUL CRUISE.
Private-event tickets will not be sold separately.
Guests who book directly with the cruise line or through another travel agency will NOT be permitted to attend Walter D ZydeSoul private events. Security will be present to enforce this policy.

Guests booking with Travel By LD will receive access to 2–3 private concerts, live entertainment, two nights of open bar during designated private events, and exclusive theme parties.
Your cruise also includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily at no additional charge at participating included dining venues.
Alcoholic beverages outside of designated Walter D ZydeSoul private events are not included.

Book your VIP cabin early to receive the promotional VIP rate.
Now through November 7, 2026: $50 deposit per person
After November 7, 2026, the deposit increases to $75 per person, and VIP cabin rates will no longer be available.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your cabin.
Guests who book by November 7, 2026, will have access to the scheduled payment plan.

Balcony cabins are booked rather than reserved; therefore, the initial $50–$75 per-person payment is non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT
June 12, 2027 — NO EXCEPTIONS
All outstanding cruise charges must be paid in full by June 12, 2027. Cabins with unpaid balances after the final payment deadline are subject to cancellation.
If travel insurance has been purchased and a refund is requested after June 12, 2027, any refund will be subject to the terms of the insurance policy and applicable administrative and entertainment/artist-related costs.

OPTIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is optional. If you choose to purchase coverage, please do so by April 17, 2027.
Insurance premiums are non-refundable.
Interior Cabin: $89 per person
Oceanview & Balcony Cabins: $120 per person
Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, and reimbursement are subject to the applicable insurance provider’s policy terms.
CRUISE LINE CANCELLATION POLICY
If the cruise line cancels the sailing due to technical reasons, guests will receive a refund of eligible amounts paid, less the stated $175 per-person administrative fee, according to the applicable booking terms.
REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
All guests must have the appropriate valid travel documentation.
Guests should have a valid government-issued photo ID/driver’s license and birth certificate, or a valid passport and other required identification, as applicable.
Names on travel documents must match the names used for the cruise reservation.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once artists have been booked and confirmed, payments are non-refundable except as otherwise provided under the applicable cancellation and travel-insurance terms.
All applicable cancellations are subject to a $175 per-person administrative fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Artists and entertainment are subject to change. No refunds will be issued solely because an artist changes, cancels, or is unable to attend.
