NOTE: If you do not book with TRAVEL BY LD and book with the Cruise Line or another Travel Agent you will NOT be allowed to attend the private events. SECURITY will be on staff to enforce the rules.
Refund Policy
After Artist are booked and confirmed there are no refunds unless carnival cruise cancels the cruise for any reason, all cancellations are subject to $175 pp administrative fee.
